By: Jenny

Vegetable v/s Fruit JuicesJuices are universally being used due to their marvelous health benefits attached to them. There exists a wide variety of blends that one can choose from depending on the choice of the person. Juices regardless of their origin are known to bring nice body hydration and increase blood components as well as giving certain nutrients to the body for growth. The antagonism of superiority between vegetable v/s fruit juices have not gained recognition to people and many think that all these juices are okay for consumption.

Nutrients contained in fruits juices depend on the fruit used to make that particular juice. A very good example is a quarter kilograms of carrots that is a great source of vitamins like calcium and protein to the body which helps in building the bones and teeth of the body. Nutrients from juices are quickly absorbed giving the person less digestive task to get the nutrients.

The body requires thirty milligrams of fiber per day which will require someone to eat high food quantity to attain that level. Through juicing the concentration is made high to make this goal be achieved quickly. This is quickly attained through substituting refined cereals flour for whole grain, legumes like beans in place of red meat, sweet fruits in place of sweet desserts. Add salads regularly to ensure you reach that requirement.

Vegetable v/s Fruit JuicesHowever there is always the better when two things are compared. Fruit juices are known to contain a lot of calories that can lead to a person becoming overweight. Therefore competition should not be based on sweetness but on health benefits and side effects attached.

Vegetable juices also contain higher concentrations of sodium that can also lead to great health hazards if not their intake is not controlled. They also provide other nice minerals like magnesium making them polynutrient materials. They provide nice nutrients for body growth and can help the body to grow strong and health if taken at right quantities.

Fruit juices, specifically, are greatly concentrated with fruit sugar. This can increase your blood sugar levels speedily, making these juices to be highly contraindicated in type 2 diabetes mellitus. People with triglycerides levels that are above the normal range should avoid fruit juice as well, as it contains higher levels of simple sugars. People who are struggling to lose weight should not use fruit juices as well.

Vegetable juices are known to naturally contain lower amounts of sugars. This makes them fit for use by people of all kinds as they are healthy and of great benefits. They also contain high fiber content that is helpful in filling up of your stomach. Both juices, vegetable and fruit contain vitamin C that is used by the body in making collagen and other connective tissues that assist the body in getting strength.

Therefore the Vegetable v/s Fruit Juices battle on what is the best between the two depends greatly on the health condition of the person. If one is okay and has no complications then it’s good you take vegetable juices because they are nice in taste and they do not carry a lot calories with them to the body.
